ProxyBuilders is a construction company designed to provide services to Africans in the diaspora, who wish to develop real estate in their home countries in Africa. ProxyBuilders has developed a system that provides its clients the peace of mind and assurances on the safety of their investments and quality of services rendered.
ProxyBuilders currently serves several cities in Nigeria and is planning to commence services in Ghana and Liberia before the end of 2024. We expect to roll out services in more African countries in due course.
ProxyBuilders' main goal is to guarantee the safety of our clients' investments. Payment is due only post-service. We deliver our services upfront, and payment is only required upon the provision of a certificate of completion. This certificate is issued by independent professional assessors responsible for managing the project and ensuring the quality of the service aligns with the contract terms, building design drawings, and other agreed specifications.
In addition to the assurances provided by the independent project managers, the ProxyBuilders application provides clients with access information on their projects, offering real-time updates on project status on their desktop or mobile devices. This technological solution includes a dashboard, among other features such as livestreams, videos, and images of the progress of the construction work., allowing clients to conveniently view a summary of the entire project's status at their fingertips.
